Processing Time

Our products usually ship within 5–7 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During new product launches, promotions, holiday seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Karibeya Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We currently ship throughout the United States from our Miami, Florida shipping location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
